      Hello guys, i'm having problems accessing this site. I'm not sure where the problem lies. It definitely has to do on one part with Squid + HAVP. Some reason HAVP keeps popping up a page saying "HAVP Connection Failed". I have learned this happens when HAVP is blocking a page for some reason. I have no idea why forum.pfsense.org is being blocked.

      Tried to go into HAVP (Antivirus) & set this website to whitelist. ".pfsense.org/" I put that in, but it didn't fix anything.

      forum.pfsense.org did work for a while with HAVP + Squid running, then one day it decided it didn't want to access the site. I can access the regular pfsense.org website.

      Scheme: {inet}->[HAVP]->[Squid cache]->{clients}

      Even disabling the HAVP Antivirus service & Proxy service for Squid, I get a "connection reset" browser error. Tried to access on my DMZ & WLAN & keep getting the "connection reset" error. I didn't have HAVP + Squid setup for my DMZ or WLAN only LAN.

      I'm not sure if my IP got blacklisted from the pfsense forum somehow. I had to get my friend to post this for me. Also tunnelbroker.net is returning a connection reset error for me too.

      Running pfSense 2.2-RELEASE (amd64)

        Uninstalled HAVP + Squid. Rebooted pfSense box & now can access pfSense forums. So… it's definitely a problem lying in the squid/HAVP area.

        If anyone could possibly make any suggestions as to why HAVP (i believe) is causing problems please let me know.

        Can anyone actually verify for me that the whitelist feature in HAVP works correctly, as I said earlier I did add ".pfsense.org/".

        Now one interesting thing to note, is I uninstalled HAVP + Squid, tried to refresh forums.pfsense.org & still got the HAVP "connection failed" page, even though HAVP was uninstalled. Had to reboot pfSense box to get it to recognize HAVP had been uninstalled.

        Mabye the box requires a reboot when any changes are made to HAVP such as adding to the whitelist?

        Running pfSense 2.2-RELEASE (amd64)

          Check if there is no dns issues on resolving forum.pfsense.org on your pfsense.

          Also complete your test and try enabling just squid or just havp to see who blocks your access.
