    After update to the latest snapshot, things went weird

      Today I updated the pfsense to the newest snapshot and had the problems on the attached files.

      There are corrupted chars on the main page and snort is not starting. I reinstall it and nothing changed.

            I deleted SNORT on 2.0.2 and it destroyed the WebGUI completely. Reinstalled snort with the latest package and itn came back with all functions intact.

            So yes I do believe that thiss can be SNORT related!

              The 'f' bits have nothing to do with snort. It's an issue in the build process. See the other thread.
