    Hello,

I've set up Traffic Shaping on some networks, and at least on two of the networks so far, the high priority queues are showing a fair amount of drops - how could this be?

Is it normal for this to happen?

If the total attempted throughput for a link would have exceeded the amount of bandwidth defined for the link, then it would drop from any queue.

        I see.

What I put into the Wizard's 'Connection upload speed' shows up afterwards in the WAN 'Bandwidth' field.

Is it possible I have upstream and downstream mixed up?

Shaping happens outbound on an interface. Uploads go out WAN. So it's correct.
