1. Does the host name resolve to the correct IP address at your friend's house?
2. Does the access from your friends house actually reach the pfSense box? (Packet capture can help here.) Is the access attempt logged in the pfSense firewall log?

1. Yes when pinged it resolve to 76.184.30.120
2. I have remote access off for pfSense but i will go test and see if i can, i will right now (Hold on for edit).
EDIT: No i could not access my pfSense box from remote so i am working on doing that.
do you think if i VPN out over my internet on my laptop it will work as if i am not on my network? (Idk how vpn's fully work!)Thanks for the reply and sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

When you created your NAT port forward, you selected "Filter rule association: NONE", which means no firewall rule was created. You will need to create one.
Or re-do the NAT and let the wizard create it for you.
