      We created a turkish language translate team and started

      i check the forum http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,54421.0.html
      and i wrote that massage
      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,60898.msg328960.html#msg328960

      but we cant see turkish characters after the language update.
      what we can do ?
      webYapılandırma için dil seçiniz  (is wrong)
      webYapılandırma için dil seçiniz (is correct)
      maybe your browsers not support to idk :)

      also im tryed

      set_language($g['language'], 'UTF-8'); // in usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc
      set_language($config['system']['language'], 'UTF-8'); // in usr/local/www/system.php

            There are two other files that may need to be updated:

            /usr/local/www/index.php - Line 165
            /usr/local/www/head.inc - Line 16

            Both use "", which may cause an issue with the character sets, try changing the "iso-8859-1" part to "utf-8".

              okay this state temporarily solved, the purpose function without manual intervention
              so we need the full support for auto language change
