    I'm running the current 2.0.3-RELEASE (i386) and the system (an Alix box) has been installing Avahi for the past six hours - it looks like the install has crashed!  The package install screen looks like this:

    Loading package instructions...
    Include file avahi.inc could not be found for inclusion.

      It's likely run out of space trying to add the package. What size CF are you using? How full is it?

        Thanks - just how big is Avehi then?  I have a 4Gb card so each slice should be 2Gb?

        $ df
        Filesystem            512-blocks      Used        Avail  Capacity    Mounted on
        /dev/ufs/pfsense0      3780028    822798    2654828        24%      /
        devfs                                2          2              0      100%      /dev
        /dev/md0                    78812      5988        66520          8%      /tmp
        /dev/md1                  118492    29716        79300        27%    /var
        /dev/ufs/cf                101055        720        92251          1%    /cf
        devfs                                2          2              0        100%    /var/dhcpd/dev

        I have Avahi running on another PC (hard disk based system) just fine.

          It's not necessarily space in the card that's running out, but space in the RAM disks (/tmp and /var) that get used up during a package install process.

            OK that would make sense because it's running fine on systems with more memory and disk space..  It used to work on the Alix a while back but it seems that it doesn't any more.  The only other package that I have loaded in blinkled.
