In older versions of pfsense, you could modify the ports and packet types in the traffic shaper queues. Like in m0n0wall. How do you do that now? Where can I add gaming ports to the gaming queue?

        You use the Firewall rules.

At the bottom, you'll find a AckQueue/ Queue section.  That is where you channel the packets to the appropriate queue for shaping.

Ok, but doesnt the traffic shaper wizard make some rules? Where can I see what those are?
I guess I should ask, where is the config file that the shaper wizard makes, stored on the hard drive??

Not sure where the actual rules are "saved" on the harddrive, but you can see what rules added by the wizard under : Firewall -> Rules -> Floating
