      After upgrading to 2.0.3 I noticed that apinger.status file is no longer written under /tmp.  I have an nrpe script that parses this file, any idea where that data is written now?

        nvm - found it, it is now under /var/run/apinger.status

          FYI- it was moved to /var/run because that is always a RAM disk, on NanoBSD or a full install. Saves one disk write per second that way…
