[HELP] How to redirect port 80 to 3128, 2 WAN and web cache on diferent server

Dear Pfsense,
i need somebody to help me, because i have problem to create connection like this :

Internet –-
                | ----  PFsense  -----(LAN) 192.168.1.1/24  ----  Switch ---------------------  LAN
Internet ---                                                                      |
                                                                            Web cahce / Squid (port 3128)
                                                                                Ubuntu server
                                                                              (192.168.1.250)

How to redirect port 80 from 192.168.1.1/24 to 192.168.1.250 port 3128 (transparent mode) ??
