Squidguard not working

I installed squid and squidguard on PFSENSE 2.03

I configured Squid, then squidguard. When i try to block a site by using shalla blacklist it won't block.

Are there known issues between squidguard and PFSENSE 2.03?  if so, are there known fixes?

I am using the latest packages available.
