Remote IPSEC not working on 2.03

I have my pfSense box setup with remote access (client) via IPSEC and it has worked great for years starting with 1.2, 2.0, etc. With no other changes, it is not working with 2.03.
The IPSEC portion works - my iPhone gets connected and authenticated, but I can't get to any internal resources. I have the allow-any rule for the IPSEC "interface" as always.
Did something change in the way it works? If I can't fix it, I'll be forced to go back to 2.02.

I didn't see why it wasn't working, so I had to revert back to 2.02. Works fine now.
Can a developer take a look at it? I'd be happy to send my config to someone.

Nothing? No one else has this problem? I can confirm that 2.01 and 2.02 work - same config. 2.03 does not.
How do I report a bug?
