Squid 3 SSl transparent options

Trying to configure squid 3 to work in transparent mode with ssl traffic i got this note on config Transparent mode will filter ssl(port 443) if enable men-in-the-middle options below.
But i can't found any mitm option on config. I suppose that this options should be manually added in the Custom Options section but anyboy know which options should be added?Thank you.

As far as I know this is not implemented yet because the developer marcelloc needs some more $ to improve developement. Doing that seem to be hard work and takes much time.
