I have several servers on an internal network. (WEB/FTP, the like)

If I attempt to access my inside global address (IP address of the inside host as it appears to the outside network. This is the translated IP address.) It will not work when I am INSIDE the network. (Local host reaching service with global address)

If I do the same on an EXTERNAL network (Cell phone), I receive the requested service. Any ideas why this is happening? Is there a radio box I need to check off?
