is this possible ? I only want to limit the bandwidth on facebook.com ( already blocked other unwanted sites youtube and etc )

reason for this is that I don't know to block facebook videos ( without blocking facebook itself )

A possible solution would be to load squid and Dansguardian.  Disable all of the filters you do not want.  Make a list of a bunch sites that include video but that you don't mind on the network.  List those in the exceptions ACL under URLs.  So that they don't even get processed by dansguardian.  Then under ACL > content list in dansguardian enable the content filter and remove the "#" from the beginning of any content sort you would want to have blocked from facebook, in this case shockwave flash for sure.  You will probably have to take a little while to fine tune the settings since dansguardian comes loaded to keep innocent babies safe on the web from everything including their own shadows.

Plus if you activate AV scanning you will have that also.

so it really needs to install squid here right? using delay pools
but what if without using delay pools in squid, just use firewall rules only?
        alias does not accept urls

Using firewall rules, It would be difficult.
My suggestion was to use dansguardian to do it.

Using firewall rules an limiter. create an alias with facebook domain and apply a limiter to a firewall to contain that alias
