Help with L7 Bandwith limiter

Hi,

I would like to rate limit youtube and figured I could do this with l7 filtering and a limiter.  I have set it us as can been seen in these screencaps, but when I visit youtube the video never loads.  Anybody have any advice to get this working correctly?

Thanks for the hint. I had to add children to the limiter, I added one for source address and one for destination address, now it works.  Thanks!!!
