      Hi all.

I have a serious issue with dropping connections between two lans. I have two nics (same problem if one nic had 70.1 as IP Alias). But Pings never fail.

1)192.168.200.0/24 Also Vlan (192.168.100.0/24 for voip)and (192.168.10.0/24 for public wifi)
      2)192.168.70.0/24

I Also have 3 ipsec tunnels.

I have rules in the firewall that allow * from 200/24 to 70/24 and * from 70/24 to 200/24

200/24 and 70/24 have been routed as *

The problem will show up after 30 seconds, for example when i browse fileserver (192.168.70.125) from a workstation (192.168.200.155) i will get disconnected after 30 seconds. The firewall is set to be conservative. Also Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface  is set.

Im going insane with this problem.

      Cheers,
      Martin

Soon as a I saw 2.0.3 and IPSEC, I cringed.

Try the same setup using a different version of pfSense.  Try 1.2.3, 2.0.1, 2.0.2 or latest snapshot - just not 2.0.3.  Look at IPSEC section and you will know what I mean.
