Change Outbound Destination Address

Hi Folks. Happy Friday.
So I'm trying to work around an issue with a site-to-site between my pfsense box and a Cisco ASA. The issue at heart is that on the ASA side, I'm not using NAT so it made for some interesting issues when hosts on the ASA side tried to communicate with hosts on the Pfsense side through their non-private IPs. My work around was to implement policy based nat rule on the ASA. This works great and has resolved my initial issue. Now I'd like to make my life even simpler by implementing some sort of outbound destination nat on the pfsense LAN side that would translation hits to say 208.50.0.0/23 to 10.50.0.0/23.
I can't seem to figure out how to get this to work though. Any thoughts? -

Anybody? I can't believe that this is possible in Linux but can't be accomplished on this platform.
Some threads have suggested that this can be done with IPFW, but there doesn't seem to be a way to enable this without enabling the captive portal which-i-do-not-want-to-do. -
Sounds like a broken network architecture. Without full details of both sides I can't provide any useful help.
