Multiples OPT (3g modems) change default interface for internet every 5 days

Hi guys I need to setup a pfsense with 3 modems 3g and 1 lan conection, I need to switch the internet out between the three modems each 5 days…
Do you have any idea that I could made this?
Modem 1 => 5 days later => Modem 2 => 5 days later => Modem 3 = and again Modem 1

Maybe you could use 3 firewall rules with 3 schedules and policy-based routing. To do exactly 5 days at a time in rotation you would have to specify specific days in advance and keep the schedules edited for the future. But if you did it by days of the week then the schedule would roll forward automatically - e.g. modem1 = Mon Tue, modem2 = Wed Thu, modem3 = Fri Sat Sun. Pick the least-used 3 days of the week for the modem that has 3 days use every week.

My real problem is this…
Every modem give me 5 GB of transfer each 15 days, after this I need to recharge this, and I need to consume 15 GB on 15 days (1GB per day).
So I need 3 modem to do this but I need to use the 5gb of each modem each 5 days...do you have other idea to do that?
