SquidGuard - Logs and wildcard usage

Have SquidGuard working well with a blacklist, have a white and banned list setup in addition to my blacklist, just two things:

• I need to keep my blocked logs for longer than 24 hours, but log rotation appears to delete them after that? Can I set cron to email them out, save them to different files and delete after say 90 days, etc. Suggestions?

• If say, youtube.com is blocked in my blacklist, how do I allow youtube.com and ALL of it's subdomains through the filter?
