So we are seeing a weird problem that we've never had before with the 2.1 RC0 Build.

When uploading or downloading to/from a remote server we begin receiving (Maximum Concurrent Connections, no more connections allowed)..

We don't see this when connected to another source of internet not using pfsense.  It appears to be happening on all internal computers and all remote FTP servers.  Yet, if I bring my laptop home, I can connect to all the same servers without any problem.

We contacted our provider, who informed us that for some reason the connections were not being closed on our side, after a file had been sent/received.  Don't know where to go from here to resolve the problem.  Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Try a current RC1 snapshot. Several problematic patches related to FTP were removed recently.
