I cant find my lan interface during the install, I see my WAN and Wireless Interface but not my USB to Ethernet which i want to use as LAN. I tried two different ones and it wont show it to select it during install. How can i get these to show up?

Only by getting a supported HW I'm afraid. (You might have better chance with 2.1 in case you haven't tried yet.)

So no way  to get it to work unless pfsense is designed to see it? No way to load drivers?

Considering you posted zero information about the HW, no, not really any idea.

              http://www.freebsd.org/releases/8.3R/hardware.html <– this is for FreeBSD 8.3/pfSense 2.1

Won't really help. See man usbconfig(8) on how to get some useful info about the device.
