PfJailctl jail thinks it's i386?
-
I am on PfSense 2.1 amd64 and installed the pfJailctl and jail_template packages. I created a jail and 'uname -m' in the jail outputs i386?
Also the command 'pkg_add -r nano' gives..
Error: FTP Unable to get ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8-current/Latest/nano.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access) pkg_add: unable to fetch 'ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8-current/Latest/nano.tbz' by URL
I have the default FTP site choosen 'ftp-archive.freebsd.org' which I'm guessing should be pulling from 'ftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8.3-release/' or 'ftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8-stable/'

That package was made for pfSense 1.2.3 and I'm not sure it was ever updated for 2.x to handle more than i386. It really needs someone to clean it up and update it, I wouldn't trust it currently.

I see. Thanks for the reply. ezjail works fine for now then.
