Upgrade from 2.1-RC1 (built on Thu Aug 1 19:39:40 EDT 2013 ) to 2.1-RELEASE

Hi,

I've tried to upgrade my two pfsense VMs from 2.1-RC1 (built on Thu Aug 1 19:39:40 EDT 2013 ) to 2.1-RELEASE, one went ok, but the second one failed on boot reading kernel.

What type of machine?  Whats the spec?

Both VMs are

VMware virtual machine (Hardware version 7)
64 bits
2GB Ram
2 vCPUs
8GB Hardisk
SCSI Controller LSI Logic Parallel

Ah - You are in luck.  I would just wipe it, reinstall 2.1 clean (not upgrade) and restore the configuration you saved before you updated.
