I had installed packages of FreeBSD in pfsense, but I am not able to view it in PFsense GUI, how can i do that. I had installed squirrelmail, and please tell me how to use its GUI?

There is no gui from freebsd packages. You will need to configure them the same way you do on freebsd.

The available package with gui are listed on system -> packages
