I setup an ip address on my network to have a total of 16KB bandwidth. But i want to devote half of it to priority for my sip asterisk.

How can i set it up so that 8KB is devoted to lets say asterisk.website.com IP address or a Port of my choosing say 5060.

Ofcourse i would love to add more in the future for other things, but im lost as how to do this on pfsense. Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction?

I also posted a blog on creating a firewall rule to place traffic into a specific queue; not sure if this will help:
