How do I contact Pfsense Support?

I have purchased PfSense support and they describe a phone support system that will not ring more than once. Sounds great but I have no idea how to contact them.

I urgently need their help with deploying Pfsense onto a Dell R610. Currently the server hangs on install and I cannot seem to work past it. I need to deploy these over the weekend. (nothing like preasure).

Can anyone tell me how I can talk to support.

      Thanks

You might also try posting your "hung" screen here and describing the situation.  If its very super easy one of the many people online might answer the question quickly also.  (Not that I would steal food from the mouths of the paid support guys.  They do a good job I've heard)

I would go straight to the pfSense support center: https://portal.pfsense.org/support-center.php

Still no info on the "hang" problem, but I'm betting on the issue where you need to disable SMP in the BIOS for install and then reenable it later.  That seems to hit a decent number of Dell servers.

              I can break anything.
