Possible bug in PF 2.1? Making a cert auth completes with error.

When making an internal certificate in the firewall i got an error in addition to a cert apparently being made.

The error appears behind the header menu items and doesn't display right because of it.

"Warning: array_push() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /usr/local/www/system_camanager.php on line 217 "

The input validation was not effective. $input_errors array needs to be initialized. Fix is in pull request https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/848
