      Hi!

I have upgraded pfSense from 2.0.1 Relase to 2.1 Release (i386), but FreeBSD is still on 8.1 for some reason.
Shouldn't the OS also be upgraded to 8.3?

How can I force an upgrade to FreeBSD 8.3?

      Regards,
      Jarle

We discussed this outside of the forum and it ended up being a broken gmirror causing the kernel to load from one disk and the OS to load from the other. Fixing the mirror allowed the system to boot and run OK.

Normally during an upgrade the OS and Kernel are all updated, so there had to be something else going on. :-)
