Updating pfSense Resets Snort

Every time I update my pfSense to the current release, it resets my Snort config.  So, essentially, I have to reset everything to get Snort working properly.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong with how I have Snort set up.  Any thoughts on what might be the issue?

In Snort's Global Settings, enable the option "Keep snort settings after deinstall" and save.
