      Hello~ I'm new to the site.
      I've been in hardware for around 20 years. Work mostly with Hp9000 servers, but got into hardware maintenance a couple years ago. Now I'm in and out of Data Centers working on everything but the AC systems!

      Anyway, I want a change. I like what I do, but I want to get into the network side. So looking into CCNA/CCNP.

      Can anyone give me ideas on how to move forward? Books or guides that are best. Online courses and simulators?

      I found some information on here, but not a lot.

      I appreciate everyone's help!

        I absolutely love the Tech Exams forums and have gotten good advice there on everything related to certifications and recommended study materials.  There's a very active CCNA/CCNP/etc subforum there.
