          Yes…I want to connect to pfsense without tcp/ip...same as mikrotik!!! connect with mac address...can i connect?

            There's no way to connect via MAC, there's no way to do it on layer2. However you can discover the IP from the MAC. For example:
            http://superuser.com/questions/29640/inverse-arp-lookup

            The Microtik application probably just does that for you.
            Why do you want/need to do this?

              Nop, MikroTik uses MAC Telnet: http://wiki.wireshark.org/Protocols/mactelnet
