I've bought a gold membership to support pfSense and also installed the AutoConfigBackup package. When configured, it tells me "error occured while uploading pfsense configuration" all the time. When I test it manually, the auto backup page says "success" but I still get the error.
      Screenshot attached.

Any ideas? Do I need to activate anything on the members portal? Haven't found anything…

      Thanks!

Access to AutoConfigBackup should be immediate. Normally you would only receive that error if there were a problem with your connection or your account. The system log might have a little more information.

That can also happen if your ACB password contains certain characters such as / @ ; ?, which is something for which we are working on a resolution.

Thanks - had a "/" in my password. Changed it and it does work now.

Great. We have a potential fix in testing for that problem, it shouldn't be an issue in the near future.
