It is unusual to set all the gateways in a group to Tier5, but I tried it just now on 2.1 and it works fine. IN the rule advanced section, gateway, the gateway group/s show in the dropdown and can be selected. The screen shot is from 2.1 and it works for me and many others.

You need to tell us more about exactly what you are doing on 2.1, because I have never seen this problem.

I don't have any multi-WAN pptp to test with. But I know there is some issue with being able to add rules when all the connections are down, like if you are trying to setup the system before connecting any WAN cables. The system does not know whether the gateway group is IPv4 or Ipv6 when none of the gateways have an IP address yet.
Are all the WAN links down at the moment?

(I am expecting this is not the problem, and the screenshots all look good, so others with ideas about this setup please also give suggestions!)

                  thank you phil for help

it works after wan got ipv4 address and i can see multiwan group
but only two or 3 lines get connected and the others down
i have 7 router pppoa to ppptp relay , esxi 5.1 , pfsense 2.03 and 2.1 and i installed vmware tools and use vmnet3 10G ethernet and 100/1000 switch
all my routers connected to 100/1000 switch and the last port to esxi ethernet port
pfsense 2.0.3 all good >> 7 lines connected multilan and failover all ok
i can also access all my routers with manual outpond
only one thing is missing >>> i have to connect pptp client manually sometimes  or to reboot modemes Which are down
so i setup pfsense 2.1 to avoid this problem but
2 or 3 lines connected and others down " connected lines not stable "

i ask if i can do any thing to make these lines auto connected under 2.03 or 2.1
i ask also if i can make any advanced pptp configuration to avoid this problem
here Electricity goes off , back again  and sometimes my ups empty so esxi restart and this problem happen

waiting help and sorry for my bad language
