Is VPN broken in 2.1

Is ipsec VPN broken in 2.1, try as I may I can not get a tunnel working, I have spent 4 days and nights on it, I can get a connection but no traffic.
I have now put the boxes back to 2.0.3 and everything is working great.
When I tested m0n0wall it took less than 5 mins to create a working VPN tunnel.

No logs, no configuration info, nothing… Hmmm, perhaps this could help:

Just a general Question is ipsec VPN broken? because every time I upgrade a working 2.0.3 or try to configure it from scratch, nothing works.
I repeat a working 2.0.3 ipsec vpn, I am not asking how to configure it, I have it working in 2.0.3
What changes have been made to the VPN in 2.1?

To answer your question, no its not broken in 2.1. If you need any further assistance you'll have to post your logs and config info in order to receive any help.

So, like… how about posting the contents of /var/etc/ipsec/racoon.conf file?
