The pfsense installed on a pc will have a display shown like a command prompt looking thing, where you will have a few options to choose and stuff like that, we i choose 7 which is ping host, and after i ping, it was no respond, after that it came out a symbol "#" and i cant select any option anymore, what i did while the ping is happening, i press cltr + c to attempt to stop the ping, anyone knows how to get it back to normal?

Just type exit and then enter?  will it do anything or just return back to normal?

No, you should also do a tribal dance on a full moon, preferably at your local cemetery, ideally also sacrificing a bit of virgin blood to achieve guaranteed results…
