      Hi

I am trying to use my Opt2 connected to a TP-LINK WAP with the ip address configured as follows:

on the OPT2 interface - a static ip address as 10.0.10.254/24

On the Wireless access point - 10.0.10.254 as the IP address, 255.255.255.0 as subnet mask and 10.0.10.254 as gateway and DCHP turned off

I have DHCP turned on on the OPT2 to give out 10.0.10.100-200

My main network  on LAN is configured as 10.0.0.254 with DHCP turned on and this works perfect.

But I can never get an IP address from the wireless access point.

Where am I going wrong? I appreciate ANY help as I have wasted a day on this.

Your Access Point device has the same address as your OPT2 interface. You need to change one of them.
