SquidGuard XMLRPC page edit

i have more than 20 pfsense installed in different locations. i am syncing squidguard configuration from one location. as you can see, In sync page there are 4 textboxes for each location. Gui Protocol, GUI IP GUI port GUI AdminPass. is there any way to add one more textbox for each location. i want to determine which IP belong to Which Location like in attachments. i tried to enter subdomain like firewall.domain.com instead of GUI ip. it was working. but i am getting some problem after domain IP resolution in godaddy as you can see in the attacchements.

System: Advanced: Admin Access: DNS Rebind Check

But I recommend you to adjust:

System: General Setup: Hostname & Domain
System: General Setup: DNS
Services: DNS forwarder

according to your needs. Internal DNS resolution is important.
