High CPU - 100.00% /usr/local/bandwidthd/bandwidthd

I have totaly clean install of pfSense Version 2.1.2-RELEASE (amd64) built on Thu Apr 10 05:42:18 EDT 2014
Platform pfSense
CPU Type Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHzI have no idea why so high CPU load without any traffic. Can you help me?

a) See how ,any bandwidthd processes there are:
ps aux | grep bandwidthd
Normally there are 4, sometimes it has got started twice somehow, and there are 8!
b) Restart bandwidthd (button for that on Status->Services).
c) Repeat command at (a) and see if there are now only 4 processes.I have seen bandwidthd do this, but not recently.
If it happens regularly, then post your bandwidthd settings and an overview of what interfaces you have… Then it might be possible to reproduce, and even fix, maybe ;)

After reinstall all went quiet. ???
Load is almost zero as should be.
