Basically you are strongly encouraged to pay ESF to do it for you if you're going to be reselling it but you don't have to. They wil do it right and do it fast which may not happen if you're doing it! ;)
There used to be a page in the devwiki which detailed roughly what was involved. The devwiki has since been removed because it was well out of date however the page is still available. You should consider much of what's there as obsolete but it gives you an idea:

OP is in a country we, as a US company, cannot legally do business with because of US government restrictions. Otherwise I'd say get in touch and we can discuss, as if you have to ask, you're not in a position to accomplish it on your own. My best recommendation is to find a developer familiar with *nix in general, and preferably BSD, to figure it out.

In fact this job is very difficult job for me to do it and i want to find a developer to do it for me, But a don't know a person for this.

Do you know any person that do re-branding for me?
Or if do it yourself?

If there's some question over legality perhaps you'd better tell us where you are. Also what is your time frame? Financial considerations? Anything else you can think of.
