Package List : too long if IPv6 doesn't work

Hi !

I have activated a default IPv6 gateway but actually it doesn't route http trafic.
When I 'fetch -o - http://www.pfsense.org/packages/pkg_config.8.xml' it take 15s before doing a timeout and going in IPv4, and then working.

On the PHP interface, these 15s are too long for the PHP and the answer is : 'Unable to communicate with www.pfsense.com. Please verify DNS and interface configuration, and that pfSense has functional Internet connectivity.'

Maybe you can allow 30s before timeout on PHP interface ?
Or (better in my opinion) use a 3s IPv6 timeout like in snapshots…
