2 lan 1 pppoe - just 1 lan work well

Hello sirs, can help me please? :D
I have 2 Lan, 192.168.10.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24. My Pppoe work very well dialing by pfsense.
When I have a pc on lan 10.0/24, the pc navigate normaly, but if I plug on lan 2.0/24 its stop.
On Tcpdump I can see resolution name working. If I type on computer over lan 2.0/24 ping www.google.com.br OR ping 8.8.8.8 on tcpdump I see request who has GOOGLE-PUBLIC-DNS-A.GOOGLE.COM
If I put a name of site its resolve too.
On the filter I see just UDP connections pass, The TCP i dont see nothing.
I cant navigate over the lan 2.0/24, but I see the pfsense.
My rules is correct:
My NAT is automatic.
I dont know what more can i do!Any suggest?

I am not sure if it is a typo, but you have listed 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.2.0 and in the dump you have 192.168.7.0.
You also have a block rule that blocks traffic from LAN2 to LAN1. (that first rule)You might have to switch to Manual outbound NAT, but Auto should work.
