Proxy Cache

Hi everyone,

I'm starting an ISP and would like to know the best configuration for cache by using squid + captive portal to 200+ clients, and if this is the best way to do it, i'm distributing signal via wireless, the obviously would be a transparent proxy right?! .
          What about a traffic shap on HTTP?
          I'm using a HP Microserver 2GB memory, 250GB HD.
          I appreciate any idea.
