Hello, can any one help me? I would like to order my hardware but I don't what to order witout some recomendantion. Will my harware work?
Is the Intel Pentium G2130 Dual Core CPU better to pfsense that the Intel Celeron G530?
Will the stock coller fit the M350 Case?
Is 30Gb SSD (like the Sandisk) space enough for the pfsense?Thank you

SoloamYes, that Pentium CPU is considerably faster than the Celeron. It will probably use less power as well.
I have no idea. I don't know what the stock cooler looks like.
30GB is plenty, but I've no idea what Sandisk SSD you're talking about. Any modern SSD (read: designed in the last few years) is fine, though I'd recommend the 80GB Intel DC S3500 because it includes power-fail protection and has very consistent performance. If you're willing to skip that, I've had very good luck with the Samsung 840 EVO. Despite the use of TLC flash, I've found them to be very reliable, even in write-intensive applications (such as a scratch disk in Photoshop). Those will run you about $100 and $80 respectively. I don't have any experience with SSDs cheaper than that so if those are out of your price range I'm going to leave it to others to make recommendations.

SoliamYes, that CPU would have no issues with 100Mbit/s of OpenVPN + Squid. I can't speak to your budget though. Your original post said $200 and that CPU alone will burn through $75. Add in another $150 or so for that DQ77KB motherboard (you know this is discontinued, right?) and you're already over your limit and that's not counting the RAM, SSD, case, and power supply.

I like that board because of the Onboard power supply and dual intel nic!

SoloamThe board is a bit quirky in that not all Mini-PCIe cards seem to work (notably, some of the the dual port i350 cards floating around) but other than that it's a solid performer. The largest issue is that it is discontinued, so there aren't likely to be BIOS updates and if you need a replacement for some reason it's likely to be hard to find.
The onboard PSU is nice, I forgot about that, so that would save you a few dollars, but that is a requirement of any Thin-ITX board. You might want to take a look at some regular Mini-ITX board + a PicoPSU. The cost may be lower or about the same, but you'll get a bit more flexibility long-term.

The main reason to go for this board was the 2 Intel NIC, but now with version 2.1, that doesn't seems to be a big problem. Can any one make some advice one a good solid Mini-ITX main board? One that in the end is superior to the Intel DQ77KB.
The processor and memory I will get second handed from a friend, it will cost me around 60$USD for a Intel G2020 and 2x2Gb DDR3 1333Mhz. Good deal?

That's a different processor than you mentioned earlier. It's about 10% slower than the G2130 but should still be a solid 20-25% faster than the Celeron you mentioned.
The deal isn't bad. The CPU+Heatsink is about $70 and the RAM is another $40 or so if you were to buy new. If you've got to get your own heatsink (call it, $20 for a decent one) then the deal isn't quite as good, but I'd probably still get it.

My biggest problem is selecting the mobo. Like you said, the intel dq77kb is outdated, should I use a different model? My only requirement is the dual NIC and the price nor far from 100USD.
