Please share traffic shaper and rules for gaming set up

I have a problem specially when someone watching a video from youtube, metacafe etc.. it laggs all of my online games such as league of legends, crossfire, idate, ran online etc.. I have 5 mbps broadband globelines.. I hope someone will share the the .xml file for gamings set up.. btw i am using pfsense 2.1.3

I dont have a single WAN setup but I guess I can work on one. I change the name of my interfaces so potentially that could be an issue as well.
