I followed this bridge guide here

      http://community.spiceworks.com/attachments/post/0016/1351/Transparent_Firewall-Filtering_Bridge_-_pfSense_2.0.2_By_William_Tarrh.pdf

But its not working. I am connected to my LAN port and im not getting DHCP and cant access the internet with a static IP either.

Followed the manual 10 times clearly and nothing works.

      Any ideas?

Wan is plugged into the internet, i am plugged into the LAN.

How many interfaces does your box have?

Do you have one set up as a maintenance interface?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?  WAN to LAN bridge?  Bridging multiple interfaces for LAN?

Depending if you are filtering on your bridged interfaces you maybe hitting the issue I had when first trying it. I wanted DHCP to run with firewall rules inplace and never got it to work. By changing the tunables to not filter on the bridge this may help.

Anouther thing you can try is a packet trace on the pfsense to see what is going on.

Hosted desktops and servers with support without complication.
