Adding 3G modem to pfsense

i successfully add my 3g usb modem(E169) to pfsense and the status
of the device shown it is connect but when i ping the internet
100% lost data . provide picture for more details .

To make it more easier for internet connection can
i use sakis3g on Pfsense for the dialup tone . -
I check the system log anf found this error
message :ppp: [opt1_link0] CHAT: The modem is not responding to "AT" at ModemCmd: label

The gateway address seems to be a private IP, is it conflicting with the LAN subnet?
