Resetting ZyXEL 2024 POE Switch to Factory without password

Hi All,
Have just purchase a Zyxel 2024 POE Switch from good old ebay, the switch currently has password other than the default one, please can someone on here tell me how to wipe the switch back to factory without knowing the current password?
Any help would be great!

the manual will most likely tell you to buy a serial cable to hook up to your pc.
if your pc does not have COMM ports anymore, you'd have to buy a usb–>rs232 converter -

You haven't given the exact model number but it looks like the only way to reset the switch is to upload the factory firmware from the bootloader prompt at the serial console. Good luck! ;)Steve
