Dhcpd: send_packet: Operation not permitted

Hi,

I am running pfsense 2.0.2-RC2 in my environment. It working well for all the while, and it suddenly become abnormal few days ago. There are excessive same log recorded in the system log.

Jul 23 11:56:58 dhcpd: send_packet: Operation not permitted
Jul 23 11:56:57 dhcpd: send_packet: Operation not permitted
Jul 23 11:56:56 dhcpd: send_packet: Operation not permitted
Jul 23 11:56:55 dhcpd: send_packet: Operation not permitted

and the message might display on captive portal when user try to enter the credential. Sometimes user just can't browse load any website even after login.

Can anyone help on it?

Another weird finding is I can't start the captive portal service, but user who connect to the wireless, it display the captive portal page.
