This is the only ipv6 rule I have enabled, and it's on the LAN side:

Proto    Source    Port  Dest  Port  Gateway  Queue  Shed
        IPV6*    LAN net      *      *      *          *        none

        Thanks!

Have you tried the speed-test with a PC directly connected to your cable modem?

Yes, but that one only tests download speed.

Plugging my laptop into the cable modem works just fine. I get good upload and download on both ipv4 and ipv6.

I have determined that the problem lies somewhere with my PC.

I connected my laptop to the same switch as my PC and ran the test. It worked fine on the laptop.

This pretty much rules out the router as the problem.

                      Thanks,
                      Todd

                        Problem solved.

Turns out it was a setting on my NIC.

I needed to change "Large Send Offload v2 (IPv6)" to disabled.

                        This is found in Device Manager > Network Adapters > <right click="" your="" adapter="">Properties > Advanced

                        Hope this helps someone!
