I have a company that provides wireless to an office and they are able to create a new vlan/wireless network to which I wanted to us a pfsense to authenticate users to the internal network and allow network and internet access.

I have never setup a pfsense as an internal router.

WAN interface will have 10.10.0.3/24 and gateway will be 10.10.0.254

LAN (with Captive Portal) will be 10.10.5.0/24

Do I have to disable any NAT features or???

Just routing between those two?  No.  No NAT necessary.

DO NOT set a source address/port in a port forward or firewall rule unless you KNOW you need it!

You don't need to do anything special.  Automatic outbound NAT works just fine with portal clients.
